The entire continent of South America has been driven in bankruptcy by socialism and socialist corruption. Europe is bankrupt because of the socialist EU. Africa is basically 100% Marxist, 100% corrupt, and 100% bankrupt.
If we're talking consensus based on evidence if you want to destroy a country or a continent just vote for socialists. Generally you only vote for them once, because once in they either ban election or rig them until the army finally takes over.
