Well he promised 260 in the very early deficit budgets but actually 38 were built.
Now in statistical terms that is well below 20%, below 15% gee it is only 14.6%.

How many women and families were let down then in 2007-08-09.

U may feel the Abbott plan is excessive but when labor have let down the mums who wanted child care places in 2007 and then cut their benefits In 2011 I think labor cares little about women.
I won't be lectured too by people who fail young mums not once but twice.

So when the LNP offers a proposal to help young mums you should applaud it not make fart noises. Because labor's record in this area stinks.
