Indonesia allowing thousands of illegal boat people to embark from their country and attempt to get to Australia.

The solution is very, very simple.

Deduct ALL costs of intercepting, rescuing and processing illegal arrivals from Indonesia, from the foreign aid we continue to give them each year.

The trade would be crushed within a week by the Indo government.

This proposal would have the added bonus of being revenue neutral to the budget.
