Once again we see the great big Liberal lie - that the GFC didn't happen and the Coalition never said they would have gone into almost as much debt.

The GFC did happen. The Coalition did say they would have gone into debt. It was an absolutely necessary part of keeping the economy ticking over. No matter who was in government.

So Tories, stop pretending you wouldn't have had almost as much debt. Stop making out as if none of the debt would have occurred under you.
