I wasnt aware that the $7 gp co-payment has been signed into law yet.
Paying $20 to see a doctor, if you are genuinely sick, would have to be the best $20 you could spend.
As for Abbott's broken promises, I agree with boatboy I would rather see broken promises than a broken country.
Having said that, Abbott has now been exposed as telling numerous lies since before the election until now.
Live by the sword, die by the sword. He will have to convince the Australian people and his caucus colleagues that he is worthy of another term in government. I think he has already expended a large amount of good will and credibility with his lies.
It's not terminal for him yet, but he would want to start getting with the program or he will lose the next election to Labor, which would be bad news for the country imo.
