Last I heard or read about it, was that he (Tony Windsor) sold the whole farm to the coal company for some millions of dollars. I believe that he is still residing in the "Cintra" house though.

As to why we (Some posters here, not me) have to worry about MEL is totally beyond me. MEL is different than many other CSG companies out there in that we have conventional gas, and what CSG gas we extract has hardly any water in it.
As someone wrote previously, it will take about one and a half year (525 days) to fill a pool with water. As such I don't consider that to be a mjor problem. If anything, no problems at all while other companies would love to be in our position in that regard.
Besides, IMO, we will be a very low cost operation as well.

I think that someone is very keen on MEL and possibly accumulating while the sp is in the doldrums. Looking away for a while, would help a lot. And loading up is a very good alternative as well. But, DYOR first.
