    It's an issue I'm conflicted on.
    On the one hand how are you supposed to win contracts in countries where facilitation payments are part and parcel of normal business dealings?
    Yet some say it is possible to gain business in those countries and not pay bribes.
    If that is so why have Leightons parted with so much money to win contracts in some countries?
