There is absolutely no proof that people,as you declare in your post, "people detest Abbott.How else could any rational person interpret the most recent poll which has Abbott ahead of Julia.

There is no media construct.It's just a fact,regardless of how unpalatable this is to you, that the electorate is fed up with Julia's litany of lies and deceipt eg

- the introduction of the Carbon Tax after declaring that such a tax would be NOT be introduced prior to the Federal election;

- the sacking of a respected Speaker to be replaced with a liar and a cheat;

- the mind numbing duplicity in trying and convince the electorate that Craig Thompson is innocence personified.

And now she tries to tell the electorate that the election process has NOT started!
