I personally do not know anybody who DETESTS Abbott but:
- I do know many people who very much prefer him over our disreputable PM, due to her Big Lie over the Carbon Tax, the support of Craig Thompson, the replacement, as Speaker, of a long standing and faithful member of the ALP with a person whose misdemeanours are too detestable and despicable to mention here,and her gross ineptitude; and
- I do know SOME people who would prefer Turnbull as leader of the Liberal Party, but when Abbott has surged in popularity and come so close to winning the UNwinnable election, it would be committing electoral suicide to even contemplate such a possibility.And the members of the Liberal Party are well aware that, if it wasn't for the political chicanery of some of the self termed Independents, and the Slimy Greens,Abbott would been installed as PM after the last Federal election.An election in which the so called political pundits predicted he had no hope of winning!
