TONY Abbott has led a chorus of concern about the control of the parliament, as business warned yesterday the next government should be free to deliver its mandate without a Senate roadblock.
The Opposition Leader yesterday effectively called for voters to cast their ballots for Labor ahead of the minor parties, declaring a hung parliament in the lower house or a Senate in which neither main party could command a majority risked another "circus".
