Of course, if you didn't pay a parking ticket now in China, or would be recorded digitally and go as a negative mark against your personal "good citizen" score, which was mentioned in the 4 corners program. AI is being used to assess your behaviours and give you positive or negative marks, which could deny you access to travel, finance, all sorts of things that the state has control over.
