Well, the first half of the report was on the Sunrise field debate (should it piped onshore, or processed offshore), and then the second half was on the lenghts businesses like CoconoPhillips & WPL (alledgely) have gone to to avoid paying taxes/royalties to the East Timor government.
Worth a watch.
