we dont ever want a crash guys c'mon, as mooted on this forum many times over, taxpayers will pick up the tab and many will lose jobs... we want slow and steady falls of 3-5% pa over a 5 year period, weed out the spruikers and speculators and get back some normality in a balanced market place where you get rewarded for hard bargaining and good buys and punished for lazy research and taking on too much debt.
