I personally think some people are naïve. If you compare the size of our housing bubble with that of the USA, we are quite a bit bigger.
C’mon Guys, you don’t exactly get a bubble as big as ours with prudent lending!
The Australian said in 2005 Adelaide Bank said "at least 40 per cent" of its loans were low-doc.
