Given that the horses were eatern by dogs or meat exported im surprised traceability or tracking was not in place,if it was then this information could have been fed back to the governing authourities so their records could be updated for further investigation. The practices and treatment of the horses was uncomfortable and sickening to watch,they showed no care or respect for the horses. Owners need to understand that their responsibility for the horse doesnt end when they realize it can no longer pay its way
