Thanks for confirming my point that rising temperature causes an increase in CO2.
There is a problem with your theory in that if temperature increases CO2 and therefor CO2 increases temperature this would cause runaway warming.
This is probably averted because of the Logarithmic effect of CO2 so the more you get the less effect it has, it is not linear.
The other part is that according to the greenhouse theory a n increase in temperature caused by CO2 causes increased evaporation and so an increase in water vapor( the major greenhouse gas( 95%)) in the atmosphere and this is what is supposed to be the major contributor to the warming(positive forcing).
Many scientists feel that water vapor contributes a negative forcing effect in the atmosphere. I would agree with this as parts of the world (deserts) with low water vapor have an extreme temperature range and more humid areas have a narrow temperature range.
I believe that water vapor is the thermostat that prevents runaway warming.

What caused the temperature to rise on these occasions, there were no coal fired power stations and SUVs? It had to be natural cycles and as the temperature rose CO2 was released from the oceans as you described, as the temperatures fell again the co2 in the atmosphere reduced.
We all agree that CO2 is a greenhouse gas and the temperature is rising.
How much of a contribution to the temperature is from CO2 is a subject for debate.
Many climate scientists are slaving away trying to establish the climate sensitivity to CO2 with most of the latest papers giving fairly low figures, that is the amount of temperature rise per doubling of CO2.

No rising temperatures cause ice packs to melt that cause an imbalance in the oceans that releases CO2.
Rising temperatures without the melting ice would not cause CO2 to be released from the ocean's.
The temperature does not directly cause the release of CO2 from oceans.
Oceans absorb CO2 until saturated & only then release CO2, in the same way as a glass of ice cold carbonated water
If your assertion was correct CO2 would not escape from ice cold water when in fact it does in the same way as room temperature water.
