You might want to look at the September litigation portfolio statement, released about two / three weeks ago. With the SGW, Arisocrat and Downer EDI cases settled, IMF are the pre-eminent litigation funders in continuous disclosure matters in Australia. I would expect the more traditional commercial / liquidation side of the business to strengthen over the next couple of years as the economic slowdown hits business.
I would also expect confirmation of the capital return in the next week or so.
Trading at about 120% of cash backing.
