It's a paper (wish list) by a conservative think tank that probably thinks too much. They (left and right) do it every election. You can read all 900 pages if it's what rocks your boat, but a cursory glance will give you a good indication of its worth, otherwise ignore it. Some good stuff in it and some really stupid crap. Same old same old. If you want to wet your pants over a wish list, you're gonna need new pants every 5 minutes for the next 4 months. ABC will no doubt select the stupid stuff and promote it to the gullible rabble for consumption and bed wetting. The actual good stuff will be ignored.
