My partner and I both buy from ABC Bullion, as we live in Sydney. We place the order over the internet, and reconcile over the next couple of days once the invoice is raised. I've never inspected the premises, but my partner has. She's quite impressed with physical and vault security. We keep our stash of silver and gold in unallocated storage, which is free. We get 6 monthly updates on prices by automated Email. Very friendly service. I've been a customer since 1980, when they were at their old original premises. We can collect our precious metals with a few days notice and the payment of a handling fee; however we're quite happy for ABC to hold the bullion on our behalf. Also - it's 100% covered by Lloys Insurance of London.
