Todays news is fantastic for ABS! ABS has spent only 550million on its entrance into the US market. They are reducing bank debt by 750mill. They are going to sell the UK voucher business and further reduce the bank debt. Bains takeover for Bright Horizons implied 13.2multiple whilst Eddie got 14.1.
