    yes stockanalyst! I think you've got it. The implication is:

    We don't know how much Morgan Stanley are paying for 10% of ABC.

    Also, as a shareholder, it means:

    1. You own 10% less of the company than you did before.
    2. You have lost 60% of the US Assets

    A double whammy. Nice --- not!
