So Pear, who exactly WILL develop our resources? We do it on our own, do we? Why then have all our major resource projects been financed with international capital, when supposedly there is adequate funding available in Australia? The fact remains, that Australia is not large enough to do this, nor are our major lending institutions prepared to take that risk, without the support of international assistance.....just the cold facts I'm afraid.
