It's saving some of those tax dollars you claim to pay Jack. But yes Centrelink recognising polygamy does open up pathways to wider acceptance. It's an issue I have no strong opinion on as polygamy only legalises the wife and mistress arrangement that has existed in all societies since time immemorial.
