We are still waiting on the final investigation of what happened in Melbourne but there are allegations the whole Victoria breakout was derived from the hotel quarantine issue. I really want to keep politics out of this, but this is a classic example of using contractors by government agencies. It also goes to show how flippant some people have taken this crisis. Maybe after a year or so, everyone may start to realize every time a break out occurs, everyone has to suffer
