I think Singapore is the same as Malaysia in that if you have a drug in your system (eg, been smoking pot), you are guilty of "carrying" that drug. Rather Draconian, eh?
Now if our journo had taken a hit of ice, and then violently succumbed to some really bad Nasi Goreng, would he be found guilty of "supplying" by virtue of some chunder striking another person?....
