Yep, the handful of shows that are worth watching on the abc (Landline and maybe Gardening Australia) need to be given to SBS. The rest of it can be sold off asap.
Would much rather see that $1.2 billion go into water storage- a new dam every year along the Murray and Darling rivers can keep towns alive when future droughts come along. Hmm, in comparison, their abc doesn't future proof anything.
