Think wingman is concerned about non conversion of Options bought and still held during July 2014.
Conversion Price for these Max 58 cents.by August 8th.
Possible but unlikely so it's these that won't convert so less than $900k will be received.
There is a high probability of August SP being over 25/30 cents so Oppie Buyers 5/10 cent "in the money" so would convert.
So to guess of the 4 million on Issue guess say 3.5mil min are 20/30 in the money for August?
$700kish rather than $900k.
