    So where is the goverment.They want surplus.It astounds me why the Gov can't take the initiative in backing their own resources and the Aussie peoples instead of giving it a way to multi nationals.If I was a power monger and wished to be a poly than this is one of the first things I would implement then what an incredible richer country we would be.
