What happens to the patents/ip for the propants if/when LWP goes insolvent? Couldn't a potential JV partner just wait a few more months a buy the ip off the administrators and then not have to be in bed/ or associated LWP management?
Not sure what happens to the IP but thought it would probaby br treated like any other asset?
