I think investors and ex-investors need to digest the idea that perhaps there never were any proppants produced by LWP, just some fancy paperwork possibly procured from an industry paper in a similar fashion to the battery saga.
Whilst there may exist a number of theoretical papers concerning converting flyash to proppants, the physical application has never been quite achieved. I believe LWP has exploited that and come up with a scam to fool all and sundry.
This wont be hard to prove up once a class action is initiated.
