The ASX and ASIC need to be investigated over this whole sorry saga.
The criminality in this company is staggeringly obvious and I for one cannot understand the regulatory bodies reluctance to close LWP down and bring these thieving criminals to account.
Its time the whole system had an overhaul. There is something terribly wrong when common thieves can run public companies and get away with stealing from investors and the very people who are meant to police such behaviour either haven't a clue of what's going on or don't actually give a hoot!!
