Kevdd1: Do you mean current employee or ex-employee?? People working for a company do not normally "talk the company down" as long as they are working there - but sometimes after they have left....
Regardless of Gav's misgivings, I do believe that this company's future (and the sp development) looks extremely bright. Just a bit more patience needed. Probably 2010 will be a fantastic year.
