If the deal was significant in cash terms it would have to disclosed by law. It hasn't been disclosed so it must be trivial.
For goodness sake people!! Wake up to yourselves! They even put out a notice saying as much. Read the Section 708 notice put out just prior to the Roche notice.
If this moves next week sell it all because it is just hype. Just like the last time it went to a dollar. Nothing but gas.
