Given the revelations in today's Australian of the conduct post judgement in the Porter case of Milligan and Neighbour, who both ignored the court rulings, coupled with directions from the senior ABC management resulting in a further apology to Porter by MD Anderson again demonstrates the ABC is out of control.
In any private organisation where employees show flagrant disregard to lawful instruction and the bringing of the organisation into disrepute would immediately result in cause for dismissal.
So the question must be asked, Why are they still there?
An example must be set and standards maintained or else the tail wags the Dog.
