True but when you decide that only a woman can fill a position you aren't choosing to pick the best person for the job. No different if you decide that only a man, or only a person with blue skin can fill a position, you're excluding many other possible candidates that might be better candidates.

This is the problem with the left and one of their more stupid ideologies in DEI
