I think GJ will meet with the President of Congo and possibly the President of Cameroon to sort out a few issues which the ill-fate Board planned to do before the crash. Hopefully he will come back in mid July with them together with the final draft of the Mbalam Convention and the framework agreement with the Congo Government. According to the local news, the Cameroon Government was eager to sign the Mbalam Convention except that they wanted the project to go ahead independently from the Congo part of the project. Once the new board is properly appointed by the shareholders and the Convention and Framework Agreement executed, they should then be in a position to finalise the agreement with the Strategic Investor(s), the funding agreement, offtake agreements etc, hopefully by the end of September.
