    Less people milling around auctions for sure..

    BUT - price hadn't dropped by even 10% for units.

    I am seeing softness in House prices BUT what's doing with units. They should plummet 20% but is not according to listings

    one bedder unit is >$500K...... wtf (sydney Upper northern suburb)
