Padmore, bang on. Chinese have no morals. They are playing the long game, Africa is just one of the countries they have been fleecing. Look at what is happening in the Solomon Islands on our own back door and look what they have done in Sri Lanka. I really hope the Ghana Government will cough up here but don't hold my breath. Africa will never change in their corrupt ways, Ghanaians seem to be the most corrupt in Africa.
