Amazed to see that the market didn't (for once) over react to the news that the ABC was looking to abandon the contract for it's new Brisbane HQ due to fears of radioactivity. Watpac seem to have all it's bases covered with the requisite EPA etc approvals. After previous cancer scares at the old HQ, they are not looking for even a sniff of a problem this time around. Problem for them is they should have done their homework more thoroughly to start with. All the same, not a good situation to be where one of your property assets is labeled as dangerous to health, it could have a physcological effect on any other potential user.
