Its pretty obvious that Abbott is not going to have much to say publicly on the subject. So unless Rudd and co chime in, it will die quickly.
The labor/greens here are champions at ignoring questions and offering no alternatives, so they can hardly complain that Abbott is not responding. Maybe he learnt from them?
