Whatever the motives/drivers/politics of the decision Len did not address (at least in the interview as televised) Bradley's assertion that CXY had on three occasions failed to adequately explain the link between CXY operations and contamination/hydrological interactions.

If CXY cannot bring an arguement supportable in civil court maybe DERM was right, if CXY can mount the arguement then DERM will have to re-state their argument.
