b_patterson I agree with you. From what I saw was that it wasn't a case of the contamination but that CXY couldn't prove where the contamination came from and therefore unable to prove that it wouldn't happen again. I think it would have been a whole different scenario if CXY had proved the contamination happened by what ever means naturally of by mistake.
