Well it doesn't work that way KC , peer review ie independent validation or not by ones peers is as applicable to govt' depts' as it is to a little known individual scientist . Publishing in an a rated journal is up to the editorial team & their perceptions of importance . We have have a situation atm where Esra cannot present at major pain conferences unless her paper(s) are reviewed & accepted ! Science is a tough gig mate .
Agree that smaller royalties are somewhat academic in the context of that size market . Roll on ARS trials.
