happiness and unhappiness are ephemeral phenomena, and it will be so that at times there may be cause for individual unhappiness, depending upon individual expectations. however imo the future long term path of this company may well be defined by the success or otherwise of this resolution. and if it fails then there will be cause for some real unhappiness. for many. and not fleeting at that.
