I read the posts and was intrigued as the story about Magna they referenced led me to ask a direct question to AV a while back and that was when he told me that he is not in a position to comment about such articles but felt that media does have a habit of distorting the facts. Further he suggested that ERJ has put in place provisions to protect share holders and the company (my wording).
AV is open and I am sure is willing to discuss what he can where it isn't sensitive to the SP, just go to the ERJ website and use the contact page.
