Oh yes, it's very important to have one's paperwork in order, but for those who may not recall, ABG Finance Minister Wilson was the ABG Mining Minister in July 2016 who issued the Show Cause Notice against BCL for breaching section 112 (1) of the BMA which has never been withdrawn or resolved.

"Notice to Show Cause.
Bougainville Copper Limited (BOC:ASX) (Company) has today received a Notice to Show Cause from the Autonomous Bougainville Government, Department of Mineral & Energy Resources, as to why exploration Licence 1/2014 should not be cancelled (Notice).
The Notice states that the Company is in breach of section 112(1) of the Mining Act and a condition of the exploration licence, and that under Section 284(1) the company is required to show cause why Exploration Licence 1/2014 should not be cancelled. The Company is obtaining legal advice regarding the Notice and will respond within the due date.
The Company will make a further announcement in the event of any material developments.
