Davo - don't take this the wrong way - but maybe you should have a crack at getting on the board at ELK next vacancy. Go do a Certificate or Diploma in Petrochemical studies - even buy a certificate one on line from India or something - create one (the ELK board won't know any difference) - next vacancy make sure you've got a few certificates in Petrol & Oil, i know a bloke who can write up a sweet reference for you, saying you've worked in the industry for 10yrs blah blah blah - we'll get you over the line mate. If you do - that is the end of your HotCopper days but seriously, my Rhodesian Ridgeback could put in a better effort than these gollywogs.

I've lost some serious coin here but not as much as lot of you other ELK'ers.
