This issue should be put to the board in the strongest possible terms at the upcoming meeting. !!

I will not be able to attend the meeting, can I ask those on this ELK forum who will be in a position to attend the meeting ?

Should we, or is it possible to put together a list of "extraordinary items" to be raised by an attendee, such as Gloucester has raised ?

I really don't want to see the assets of ELK being taken over by an off shoot of a "board member " to form an asset base to some new enterprise.
