Energy Sector .... Bio-Diesel Production
The recent correction in ABJ’s SP from a high of around $1.70 to the current price of approximately $1.40 should provide a good investor entry point for future growth. I suspect an SP of $2.00 upwards is not too far away if ABJ’s activities continue to progress.
Although ABJ seems to be a quiet achiever, consider the latest AGM buzzwords.
1) Berkley Vale NSW plant 40 million litres per annum - Operational
2) Narangba QLD plant 160 mlpa – Expected commissioning late June’06
3) Q2 sales growth strong and growing
4) North America – 1st licence agreed, 2 others progressing
5) Europe – continuous flow of technology licence requests
6) Asia – continuous flow of technology inquiries
7) Freedom Fuels – agreement for up to 24 mlpa sales
8) Independent Distributors – agreements for up to 40 mlpa sales
9) Additional volume sales agreements currently being negotiated
10) Prospectus forecast full year 2006 profit $A 8.17million maintained
11) Revenues from licence sales expected to become an ongoing feature
12) Malaysian based consultant appointed to handle rising project enquiries
13) Feasibility study for Victorian production facility
14) Production levels at Berkley Vale NSW have increased significantly
15) Sales to fleet operators growing strongly
16) Distribution terminals in Brisbane, Melbourne, and Port Botany, NSW
ABJ may currently be a quiet achiever, but a rising SP may be on the cards imminently.
