Royalties - State royalties, or those that will be paid to STB as part of the Hansen acquisition?
Taxes - I didn't mention taxes or contingency.
Offsite milling is included as per the announcement.
No worries, the PEA is going to make the so called competition look very ordinary indeed. IMO
